Stephanie Dinkel is a seasoned Human Resources Manager at AllCare Health since April 2013, specializing in employee engagement, wellness programs, and employee relations. Responsibilities include managing Stay & Exit interviews, organizing wellness initiatives and company events, and authoring the monthly employee newsletter. Prior roles include Employee Engagement and Wellness Coordinator, and Community Health Advocate, where key contributions were made to community health efforts. Stephanie also has experience as a Sales Account Manager at Hart Insurance Agency. Currently pursuing an Associate of Science in Business Administration and Management at Rogue Community College, Stephanie previously earned a degree as a Community Health Worker and graduated from Hidden Valley High School.
