CA Ramakant Sharma has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies. CA Ramakant served as the Vice President (Finance) at Allcargo Logistics Limited, where they managed various financial responsibilities such as credit control, cost analysis, budgeting, procurement, and taxation. CA Ramakant also played a key role in setting up an integrated ERP solution. Prior to that, they worked as the GM Finance at Amforge Industries Limited, where they oversaw cash flow management and successfully completed restructuring and merger activities. In the early years of their career, they worked as an Audit Manager at Thakur, Vaidyanath Ayer & Co., Chartered Accountants.

CA Ramakant Sharma received their Bachelor of Commerce (Honors) with a gold medal from Bhagalpur University during the period of 1991 to 1996. CA Ramakant then became a member (CA) of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. In 1996, they obtained the certification of Chartered Accountant from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. In 2009, they became a member of the Bombay Chartered Accountants' Society.
