Brian Riggins

Brian Riggins is an experienced Senior Commercial Credit Underwriter at Allegacy Federal Credit Union, having transitioned to this role in April 2023. Prior to this position, Brian held the title of Vice President at Finance of America Commercial, overseeing a team of seven to ensure effective commercial real estate underwriting. Brian's extensive career includes various roles in commercial banking and real estate, demonstrating expertise in credit management, portfolio growth, and underwriting across multiple institutions, including F.N.B. Corporation and BB&T. Brian holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Management from North Carolina State University and an MBA from Gardner-Webb University, as well as additional education from the CCIM Institute.
