John Taube

John Taube has extensive experience in the library system field, having worked in leadership positions at both Allegany County Library System and Hagerstown Community College. John holds a MLS in Library Science from the University of Maryland and a BA in Political Science from the University of Michigan. Additionally, John has completed an Executive Education Certificate in State and Local Government from Harvard University.
