Jay Whitlow

Jay Whitlow has extensive experience in management and operations, currently serving as General Manager and Vice President at Allegheny Bradford Corporation since October 2010. Prior to this leadership role, Jay held positions as Operations Manager and IT Manager within the same organization from June 2000 to 2010. Academic qualifications include an MBA in Business Administration from St. Bonaventure University, obtained between 2005 and 2008, and a BS in Management Information Systems from Pennsylvania State University-Erie Campus, achieved from 1995 to 1998.
