Rich Noble serves as the Global Neighbor Ministries Coordinator at Allegheny Center Alliance Church, where responsibilities include developing outreach and support efforts for immigrants and refugees. Noble also holds roles as Program Coordinator for the ACTS Institute, Founding Director of the Center for Missional Engagement, and adjunct faculty at both Crown College and Geneva College. Previous experience encompasses positions such as Lead Pastor at Washington Union Alliance Church and Site Coordinator for Alliance Youth Mission in Europe. With an extensive educational background including a Doctor of Ministry in Missions & Cross-Cultural Studies from Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary, Rich Noble actively contributes to mission mobilization and church development initiatives.
