Stefani Pashman

Stefani Pashman is the Chief Executive Officer of the Allegheny Conference on Community Development, leading initiatives for inclusive growth in southwestern Pennsylvania since October 2017. Prior to this role, Stefani served as CEO of Partner4Work Pittsburgh, transforming the organization into a significant talent delivery entity. Earlier experience includes roles in the PA Department of Public Welfare, overseeing key Medicaid initiatives, and as a consultant in public policy and healthcare. Stefani's career began with strategic consulting for healthcare organizations and involvement with the Peace Corps. Educational credentials include dual MBA/MHSA degrees from the University of Michigan and a BA from Washington University in St. Louis.
