Lucinda Harshman

Lucinda Harshman has a diverse work experience in the aviation industry. Lucinda started their career in 1969 at Trans World Airlines where they worked as an International In-Flight Service Manager and Flight Attendant, as well as an International Air Service Manager. In 1996, they joined the Allegheny County Airport Authority as the Director of Air Service Development, where they were responsible for airline relations, marketing, and data analysis related to route planning and market research. Lucinda also held the same role at Pittsburgh International Airport and through ACI. Lucinda worked in these positions until 2012. Overall, their work experience spans over multiple decades and covers various aspects of the aviation industry.

Lucinda Harshman completed their education journey by obtaining a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) and a Masters (MA) degree in History and Business from Duquesne University, attending from 1990 to 1994. Prior to this, they pursued an Associates degree in Business Administration at Keystone College from 1987 to 1989.
