Vince Gastgeb

Vince Gastgeb has had a diverse work experience throughout their career. Vince started by working at Tenser, Phipps and Leeper Food Brokerage as an Account Executive from 1985 to 1990. Vince then moved on to Sargento Foods, where they served as a Regional Sales Manager from 1990 to 1995. Following this, they became the Director of National Sales at Heluva Good Cheese Co from 1995 to 1997. Gastgeb then joined Sara Lee Foods, where they held various roles, including Senior Regional Sales Manager and Portfolio Development Manager-Team Lead, from 1997 to 2011. Vince briefly worked at Sara Lee Foods/Hillshire Brands as a Customer Business Manager from 2011 to 2012 before joining the Pennsylvania Department of Banking & Securities as the Pennsylvania Securities Commissioner. Gastgeb served in this role from 2012 to 2021. Currently, they are the Senior Vice-President - Corporate & Government Relations at Allegheny County Airport Authority (Pittsburgh International Airport), a position they have held since 2013. Alongside this role, they also served as a Former County Allegheny County Councilman from 2000 to 2013. Throughout their career, Gastgeb has demonstrated their expertise in various areas, including sales, management, and government relations.

Vince Gastgeb completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science/Business at the University of Pittsburgh from 1981 to 1985. Vince then pursued further education in Business Administration and Management, General by attending the Continuing Seminar Series Certificate Course at the University of Pittsburgh Graduate School of Business in 1991. Prior to their university studies, Vince Gastgeb attended Bethel Park High School from 1977 to 1981.
