Ashley Woods has extensive experience in medical records and patient care spanning over a decade. Currently serving as a Medical Records Specialist at Allegheny Health Network since October 2016, Ashley analyzes medical records for deficiencies and manages document organization and scanning activities. Previous roles include Medical Records Technician, Patient Attendant, and Patient Sitter, with a strong focus on patient companionship and reporting changes in patient conditions. Ashley began career development in medical administration with positions at Maxim Healthcare Services, including Medical File Clerk and Medical Office Assistant, and gained foundational skills as a Medical Secretary Coordinator at Community Psychiatric Center. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Health Administration Management from the University of Phoenix and an Associate’s degree in Medical Administrative Secretary from Everest Institute.
