Eric Wilds

Eric Wilds has extensive experience in call center operations and supervisory roles across various organizations. Currently, Eric serves as the Director of Call Center Operations at Allegheny Health Network's AHN Care Connect since September 2020. Prior to this position, Eric worked as a Government Operations Supervisor in member services contact center at UnitedHealthcare Community & State from June 2017 to September 2020. Eric's earlier experience includes a role as Contact Center Supervisor at Express Scripts from June 2010 to February 2017 and as Operations Supervisor in the contact center at Dish from December 2002 to March 2010. Eric holds a Bachelor of Arts in Mass Communication/Media Studies from the University of Pittsburgh, earned between September 1986 and January 1991, and attended Howard University in 1985-1986.
