Veronica Villalobos

Veronica Villalobos is the Vice President of the Institute for Strategic Social and Workforce Programs at Allegheny Health Network, where a focus on building a diverse and inclusive workforce, ensuring accessibility of clinical programs, and addressing health disparities in western Pennsylvania is emphasized. Previously, at the U.S. Office of Personnel Management, Veronica served as Principal Deputy Associate Director, leading the development and implementation of human capital management strategies for Federal agencies, and as Director of the Office of Diversity and Inclusion, overseeing government-wide efforts to enhance diversity within the Federal workforce. Veronica holds a Juris Doctor from American University Washington College of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Psychology from Saint Mary's College.
