Dr. Kelly Noyes

Dr. Kelly Noyes has extensive experience in the education field, currently serving as the Program Director of Educational Support Services at Allegheny Intermediate Unit. Dr. Kelly also holds various leadership roles in ESL and Federal Programs. In addition, Dr. Noyes teaches as an Adjunct Professor at Carlow University and has experience as a teacher and supervisor of student teachers. Dr. Kelly holds a Doctor of Education degree in Educational Leadership and Administration from Point Park University.
