Sarah Costlow

Sarah Costlow serves as the Vice President of Land Conservation at Allegheny Land Trust since October 2024. Prior experience includes serving as Land Protection Director and Land Protection Specialist at Western New York Land Conservancy from September 2021 to October 2024, and as Ecological Program Manager at Buffalo Niagara Waterkeeper from March 2020 to August 2021. Additional roles encompass Pollution Prevention Outreach Communication Coordinator at NYSP2I, Translator and Editor at TextMaster, Research Associate at Vermont Law School’s Water and Justice Program, Consultant at White River Partnership, International Account Executive at CLM BBDO, Communication/Social Media Intern at Caucasus Nature Fund, and Community Outreach Intern at Auroville Botanical Garden. Sarah holds a Masters of Environmental Law and Policy from Vermont Law and Graduate School, a Master of Arts in Communication and Civil Society from The American University of Paris, and a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature with a focus on Journalism from Lafayette College.
