Daryl D. Bohls

Vice Chairman of Asset Quality at Allegiance Bank

Daryl Bohls serves as Vice Chairman of Asset Quality and a Board member for Allegiance Bank and Executive Vice President for Allegiance Bancshares, Inc. He has over 41 years of banking experience in the Houston market including 21 years with a $4 billion dollar Houston publicly traded financial institution, chairing their Sr. Loan Committee for over 17 years. Daryl recently served as President and a member of the Board of Directors of the Gulf Coast Chapter of RMA (Risk Management Association). Additionally, he served as an appointed Civil Service Commissioner with the Harris County Sheriff's Department since 1999. Daryl holds a BBA in accounting from the University of Texas and an MBA in Finance/Banking from Sam Houston State University. Mr. Bohls recently served as an adjunct Finance Professor, teaching Commercial lending for 5 semesters at Sam Houston State University in Huntsville, Texas.
