Lindsey Deinhardt, SHRM-CP, CUDE, has a diverse and extensive work experience. Lindsey currently holds the position of VP of Training at Allegiance Credit Union since June 2021. Prior to this, they worked as the Director of Organizational Development at BALANCE from February 2021 until June 2021.
From 2012 to 2021, Lindsey worked at True Sky Credit Union, where they held several roles. Lindsey started as a Financial Services Training Specialist and progressed to become the E-Services/Visa Supervisor, Contact Center Manager, and finally, the Strategic Development Manager.
In 2011, Lindsey briefly worked as an Admissions Advisor & Recruiter at Oklahoma City Community College. Before that, they served as a Professional Development Assistant and Member Service Representative at Tinker Federal Credit Union from 2006 to 2011.
Lindsey Deinhardt, SHRM-CP, CUDE, has a solid education background in the field of communication and self-development. From 2005 to 2007, Lindsey attended Oklahoma City Community College, where they obtained an Associate of Arts (A.A.) degree in Diversified Studies. Building on this foundation, they pursued their undergraduate studies at the University of Central Oklahoma from 2008 to 2010. Here, Lindsey successfully completed a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Organizational Communication. These academic achievements have equipped Lindsey with the knowledge and skills needed to excel in their professional endeavors.
