Johnette's background includes roles as an ER-Tech at Christus Jasper Memorial Hospital and various paramedic positions across several organizations, including Care Plus EMS Inc. and Galveston EMS. Prior to transitioning to emergency services, Johnette managed patient accounts at UTMB, overseeing insurance coding and compliance. Johnette's education was completed at Galveston Community College.
