Penny Engelking

Penny Engelking serves as the QA/QI EMS Educator at Allegiance Mobile Health since January 2023. Previously, Penny worked as Emergency Medical Services Faculty at Temple College from February 2020 to December 2022. Penny has extensive experience in various roles, including EMS Instructor at EMTS Academy (2017-2019), Flight Paramedic at Driscoll Children's Hospital (2003-2013), and Operations Manager/Paramedic at Mercury EMS (2001-2003). Penny began a career in emergency medical services as a Paramedic with South Texas EMS (1997-2001) and San Diego EMS (1998-2000), after initial training as an EMT/Paramedic at Taft EMS (1995-1997). Penny holds a Bachelor of Science in Emergency Medical Service Administration from Columbia Southern University and a Master of Education in Curriculum and Instruction with an emphasis on Educational Technology from Texas A&M International University.
