Randy Simmons

Randy Simmons is an experienced financial professional currently serving as the Controller for The San Antonio Refinery at Allegiance Refining, LLC since January 2020. Responsibilities include financial reporting, tax compliance, and oversight of procurement, payables, and cash management. Prior to this role, Randy spent over 20 years at Shell Oil Company, where contributions included expertise in hydrocarbon management, financial and managerial reporting using SAP, inventory valuation, and subsidiary accounting. Randy holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Accounting from Angelo State University.
