Keven Baumann

Keven Baumann has a diverse work experience, starting as an Accounting Manager at Kenmore Lanes Casino in 2002. Keven then moved on to become a General Manager and Accounting Manager at Casino Caribbean and Macau Casino, where they successfully implemented operational and marketing strategies leading to significant revenue growth. Keven later became the General Manager and Owner of multiple casinos under the Evergreen Gaming umbrella, raising capital for a new casino venture. Keven then transitioned to the role of Director (Human Resources & Marketing) at Card Room Management, managing the annual operations budget and training managers in various aspects of business administration. Currently, Keven is the Director of Operations (West Region) at Allegiance Staffing LLC, where they manage and develops recruiting teams and sales teams, as well as providing strategic account management and implementing recruitment process outsourcing programs.

Keven Baumann earned a Bachelor's Degree in Economics from the University of Washington, where they studied from 1999 to 2004. In addition, they obtained a Certified Staffing Professional certification from the American Staffing Association in February 2019.
