Laura Dolph, SHRM-CP, currently serves as a Talent Acquisition Partner/Recruiter for Intern and Military Programs at Allegiant, where responsibilities include managing recruitment and placement for diverse top talent in alignment with the company's values. Prior to this role, Laura worked as a Human Resources Generalist/Talent Acquisition Partner at Great Lakes Eye Care, coordinating staffing needs and sourcing candidates through various online channels.
