Regan Heckethorn has over 15 years of extensive leadership experience in operations and customer care within the hospitality and entertainment industries. Currently, Regan serves as the Director of Records, Qualifications and Compliance at Allegiant since March 2015 and as VP of Operations for Allegiant Nonstop since June 2019, overseeing family entertainment centers across the country. Prior roles include Director of Call Center Operations at SLS Las Vegas and Operations Department Manager at Capital One.
