Richard Flint

Richard Flint is an experienced IT QA Software Test Engineer with over two decades in quality assurance and project management. Currently at Allegiant Air since 2012, Richard leads the QA efforts for Airline Operations Software, focusing on testing and defect reporting within an agile framework. Prior experience includes serving as a QA Application Systems Specialist/Product Manager at B. Braun Group, where Richard successfully implemented the EMC Documentum Content Management System across North America and the Caribbean. As a Project Engineer at Walt Disney Imagineering, Richard oversaw a Document Control team for the Disneyland California Adventure park project. Richard's career began at Bio-Rad Laboratories, where responsibilities included quality assurance and materials management, contributing to the organization’s first ISO certification. Richard holds a Bachelor's degree from Chapman University.
