Willis Teel

Willis Teel has extensive experience in the aviation maintenance sector, currently serving as a Heavy Maintenance Representative at Allegiant since July 2015. In this role, Willis manages task scheduling, maintenance oversight, billing, and on-time delivery for Heavy Maintenance and Induction Aircraft at third-party Maintenance and Repair Organizations. Prior to this, Willis worked as a Quality Control Representative at Allegiant, ensuring adherence to established procedures through inspections and reviews of maintenance personnel qualifications. From June 1987 to July 2015, Willis was employed at American Eagle Airlines, first as a Quality Control Inspector, overseeing line maintenance operations, and previously as an Aircraft Mechanic, performing maintenance and preventative services on company aircraft. Willis holds an Associate's degree in Applied Sciences of Aircraft Maintenance from Spartan College of Aeronautics and a High School Diploma from Wayne High School.
