Ashley Portlock

Ashley Portlock is an experienced human resources leader with a career spanning several multinational companies. Currently serving as Vice President of Human Resources for Allegion International since July 2019, Ashley has also held the position of Vice President of Human Resources for EMEIA. Prior roles include Vice President of Human Resources at Esterline Technologies Corporation, Director of Human Resources at United Technologies, and Director of Human Resources at UTC Aerospace Systems. Additionally, Ashley was Vice President of Human Resources at both Goodrich Actuation Systems and Goodrich Engine Control and Electrical Power Systems. Early career experience includes HR Manager at Cosworth Technology. Ashley holds a degree from The University of Sheffield, obtained between 1991 and 1994.
