Elizabeth Conzo-Kershner

Elizabeth Conzo-Kershner is an experienced professional currently serving as the Director of Sales, Inventory, and Operations Planning at Allegion since October 2025. Prior to this role, Elizabeth held the position of Senior Director of Strategy, Insights, & Advanced Analytics at Delta Faucet Company, leading enterprise teams in strategy development, market research, and competitive intelligence from March 2020 to October 2025. Elizabeth also contributed significantly at John Deere as the Data Science & Analytics Leader, where a team was built to deliver impactful data products from June 2004 to February 2020. A strong background in analytics and market economics was developed through various roles at The Ohio State University and other organizations. Elizabeth holds a degree in Masters of Agribusiness from Kansas State University, alongside education from Kellogg Executive Education and Wright State University.
