Jamie Baral has extensive experience in technical services and customer support, currently serving as the Director of Customer Experience - Technical Services at Allegion, PLC since November 2003. In this role, Jamie manages product support for Allegion Electronics, Mechanical, and Consumer Products across the Americas, overseeing phone support, consulting, and field support for commercial customers. Previously, as the Director of Technical Services at Allegion, Jamie led the development of a software and hardware solution for time and attendance in access control. Prior to Allegion, Jamie held the position of Chief Technical Architect at Interboro Systems Corporation from December 1991 to October 2003, where responsibility included the full life cycle development of an enterprise time and attendance system for New York City. Jamie Baral earned a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from The Cooper Union for the Advancement of Science and Art.
