Jen Hawes

Jen Preczewski is VP & Chief Human Resources Officer at Allegion. Jen has over fifteen years of experience in Human Resources.

Jen started their career at BAE Systems in 2003 as part of a three-year rotational program. Jen spent a year as a recruiter, a year as a compensation analyst, and a year as a business partner. In 2011, they moved to Ingersoll Rand, where they were HR Leader for the Commercial Sales & Customer Care division. Jen provided direct HR support to the Engineering VP and their staff of 20 Directors, as well as to the exempt and non-exempt engineering populations. This included acting as a strategic business partner between HR and Engineering, succession management, resolution of employee relations cases, conducting management training needs analysis and creating functional training plans, workforce planning analysis, and conflict management.

In their current role at Allegion, Jen is responsible for leading the company’s human resources function. Jen is focused on attracting, developing and retaining top talent, and creating a positive and engaged workplace culture.

Jen Preczewski has a MBA in International Business from D'Amore-McKim School of Business at Northeastern University, a BA in Psychology from the University of Dayton, and they are certified from Signature Leaders in Signature Premier Graduate, Willis Towers Watson in Midwest Cornerstone Program, and Gallup in Certified Strength Coach.
