Jennifer Sivak

Jennifer Sivak is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in IT and business transformation, currently serving as Vice President of Americas IT at Allegion since November 2013. In this role, Jennifer leads a software organization focused on agile product development and integration of acquisitions. Prior roles at Allegion include Vice President of Business Transformation and Director of Business Transformation, where Jennifer enhanced customer experience through back-office tool implementation and ERP system deployment. Prior to Allegion, Jennifer held leadership positions in operations and supply chain management at Ingersoll Rand and its subsidiaries, including Business Transformation Leader and Operations Manager. Jennifer holds a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering from West Virginia University.
