Jim Meade is an experienced IT and business transformation leader with a robust background in customer care and call center management. Currently serving as Director of IT and previously as Director of Business Transformation in Order Management at Allegion since January 2014, Jim has demonstrated expertise in overseeing technology initiatives and driving organizational change. Prior experience includes serving as Director of Customer Care at Ingersoll Rand from March 2002 to December 2013 and Call Center Manager at Gateway Inc. from 1993 to 2001. Jim holds an MBA in Business from Indiana University - Kelley School of Business, earned between 2006 and 2009.
