Joe Juarez

Joe Juarez is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in strategy and business development spanning multiple industries. Currently serving as Vice President of Strategy and Business Development at Allegion, PLC since August 2014, Joe leads initiatives across mergers and acquisitions, market intelligence, and new product development in the Americas. Prior roles include Director of Corporate Development at O-I, where Joe managed international investments and executed multiple acquisitions, and Manager of Corporate Development at FedEx Corporation, overseeing merger and acquisition negotiations and due diligence. Joe's earlier career includes financial leadership positions at Quiznos Corp., AG Edwards & Sons, Merrill Lynch, and JPMorgan. Joe holds an MBA in Strategy from the University of Michigan and a BBA in Finance and Accounting from Texas McCombs School of Business, complemented by executive education in Strategic Negotiations from Harvard Business School.
