Matt Wagler is a seasoned HR technology professional with extensive experience in managing global HCM systems, predominantly with Workday at Allegion since November 2014. Currently serving as Senior Manager of HR Systems, Integrations & Operations, Matt leads a team that prioritizes support and system enhancements while developing HR technology strategies and streamlining HR business processes. Prior experience includes roles at Roche Diagnostics as an HR Systems Analyst specializing in SAP, where Matt managed system changes, reporting, and employee performance management.
