Matthew Rhodes

Matthew Rhodes is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in platform engineering and technology project management. Currently serving as Director of International Platform Engineering at Allegion since March 2023, Rhodes directs global technology initiatives and accelerates the launch of electronic products in international markets. Prior roles include Director of Platform Engineering at Delta Faucet Company, where Rhodes managed a team of 20 to develop strategic roadmaps, and Global Platform Engineering Leader at Whirlpool Corporation, overseeing a team of 45 in various engineering capacities. Rhodes also has a background in new product development and energy-efficient appliances, having started the career at TIAX and Valeo. Educational credentials include an MSME in Mechanical Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology and a BSME from Purdue University.
