Rob Martens

Rob Martens is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in innovation, strategy, and business development. Currently, Martens serves as the Senior Vice President, Chief Innovation & Design Officer, and Corporate Development leader at Allegion, PLC, where responsibilities include driving strategic partnerships, innovation, and M&A in line with the company’s growth objectives. Martens is also the President of Allegion Ventures, overseeing corporate venture capital initiatives, and has held various leadership roles such as Futurist and Vice President of Strategy & Partnerships. In addition to ongoing board positions at companies like Yonomi, VergeSense, and TechPoint, Martens has a solid background in information technology from previous roles at Carpenter Technology and Ingersoll Rand. Martens holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and completed executive education programs at Harvard Business School focused on digital strategy and transformation.
