Shonda Pickett

Shonda Pickett is a seasoned administrative professional with extensive experience supporting high-level executives in complex organizations. Currently serving as the Senior Executive Assistant to the Board of Directors, CEO, CFO, and CIDO at Allegion, PLC since August 2013, Shonda excels in enhancing executive productivity and managing diverse business processes. Prior roles include serving as Executive Assistant to the President and Senior Vice President of Innovation and Technology at Ingersoll Rand and providing support to the Vice President of Human Resources within the same company.
