Amanda Neale is an accomplished professional in talent acquisition and strategy, currently serving as the Director of Talent Strategy and Global Head of Talent Acquisition at Allegis Global Solutions. Prior to this role, Amanda held various positions at Aerotek, including Talent Acquisition Manager, Senior Recruiter/Team Lead, and Internal Recruiter. Amanda Neale earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management and Services from the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh between 2001 and 2004.
