Ivan Ng

Ivan Ng, CCWP, has extensive experience in operations management within the staffing and human resources sectors. Currently serving as the Head of Operations, APAC at Allegis Global Solutions since November 2016, Ivan oversees the regional contingent labour programme and leads an off-shored operations team in India. Responsibilities include managing P&L, planning budgets, and driving efficiency projects while collaborating with global partners. Prior roles encompass Programme Manager and Staffing Specialist at State Street Corporation, along with various consulting positions at Pure Search and Links International. Ivan holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Hong Kong Metropolitan University and has educational experience from Newlands School and The University of Hong Kong.
