Michael Bison has extensive experience in corporate tax management, currently serving as Vice President of Corporate Tax at Allegis Group since October 2010, after holding the position of Executive Director of Corporate Tax. Prior to Allegis Group, Michael worked at NBC Universal from February 2003 to October 2010 as VP of Tax Planning & Analysis and Director of Tax Planning & Analysis. Michael's career also includes roles at KPMG as a Senior Tax Manager and at Arthur Andersen as an Experienced Tax Manager. Academically, Michael holds an MBA in Corporate Finance and Media & Entertainment Asset Management from Fordham Gabelli School of Business, completed between 2003 and 2006, and a BBA in Accounting from Loyola University Maryland, earned from 1991 to 1995.
