Dimitri Mastrocola

Dimitri Mastrocola, Managing Director, is a member of Allegis Partners’ CEO & Board Practice and is also a Partner with Major, Lindsey & Africa. He is recognized on Wall Street and beyond for his extensive talent management knowledge of the financial markets.

He has conducted senior-level search assignments across all aspects of alternative asset management (hedge funds and private equity firms), traditional asset management, proprietary trading, corporate and investment banking, capital markets, private wealth management, clearing and payments, and insurance. Throughout his search career, Dimitri has successfully completed high profile General Counsel, CLO, CCO and COO searches for both regionally-based and globally-focused financial services organizations.

Dimitri is adept at learning and understanding the professional requirements, needs, objectives, and philosophies of both his clients and candidates. His singular aim is to help both parties achieve long-term and mutually beneficial professional relationships.

Prior to joining Allegis Partners and MLA, Dimitri spent more than 15 years as a corporate attorney with Fasken Martineau in Montreal and with Shearman & Sterling in New York and as an Associate General Counsel with Citigroup’s corporate and investment bank in New York.

Dimitri earned his law degree at McGill University in 1989. He resides in Newtown, Pennsylvania with his wife Rose and their three children. He is an avid fitness enthusiast, travel buff and lifelong student of personal development.
