Jeroen de Kuijer

Jeroen de Kuijer has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Jeroen currently holds positions at Allego, where they serve as the Director of Internal Audit, as well as the Data Protection Officer and Information Security Officer. Jeroen has been with Allego since 2019 and has been involved in organization development, process management, health, environment, safety, quality management, information security, and data privacy.

Prior to their current roles, Jeroen founded Lean Management Game.nl in 2011. This organization focuses on improving the quality, efficiency, and productivity of businesses through Lean principles.

Before that, Jeroen worked as the Owner of Intakt Organisatie Advies, an advisory firm for businesses and government entities from 2007 to 2020.

Jeroen also served as a Management Consultant at Gemeente Tilburg from 2008 to 2018, a Management Consultant at Excelleraid from 2006 to 2007, a Management Consultant at Kiwa Management Consultants from 2002 to 2006, and held a knowledge management role at Heineken from 2001 to 2002.

Jeroen de Kuijer has a diverse education history. Jeroen obtained a Bachelor's degree in Hotelmanagement from Hoge Hotelschool Maastricht in 1998, followed by a Master's degree in Business from Radboud University in 2002. In 2004, they attended SIOO, an interuniversity center for Organization and Change, to develop their skills in consultancy. Jeroen also completed a Lead Auditor Course at Kiwa Training in 2005. In 2012, they further enhanced their consultancy skills by attending Krauthammer. Continuing their professional development, Jeroen completed a Lean Black Belt - LVS Level 2a program at LCS - ID@t5 in 2019. Jeroen also acquired certifications in Safety for Operational Supervisors VCA from NIKTA and as a Vertrouwenscontactpersoon from NOC*NSF Academie voor Sportkader in the same year. Additionally, Jeroen briefly studied International Economics at Maastricht University in 1992 and completed their VWO degree at Theresia Lyceum, Tilburg in 1992.
