Koen Eggermont

Koen Eggermont has extensive experience in human resources management. Koen currently holds the position of Head of Human Resources at Allego. Prior to that, they served as the Director of Human Resources Benelux at Santander Consumer Finance, where they were responsible for the development and monitoring of HR practices. Koen also managed the HR teams in the Netherlands and Belgium and led the restructuring of the organization after a merger and acquisition. Before their time at Santander, they took a sabbatical and traveled through Australia. In earlier roles, they served as the European HR Manager at Samsung Electronics Europe Logistics and the HR Manager at DHL Express. Koen was also a Terminal Manager at DHL Express and an HR Consultant at the same company. Koen began their career as a P&O Adviseur at AON, where they supported and advised management in various HR areas. Throughout their career, Koen has demonstrated strong leadership and expertise in HR policies, recruitment, employee development, and organizational restructuring.

Koen Eggermont obtained a Master of Science degree in Human Resources from Tilburg University from 1989 to 2006. Prior to that, they attended Almere College in Dronten/Kampen from 1982 to 1989, but the specific degree and field of study during that time are unknown.
