Tom Siebelink

Tom Siebelink is an experienced HR professional currently serving as an HR Business Partner at Allego since March 2023. Prior roles include HR Business Partner at CCV, HR Advisor at Rijnstate, and HR Manager for Consumer Dairy NL at FrieslandCampina, where Tom also participated in the Corporate Management Trainee Program. Prior to these positions, Tom worked as an Account Manager at De digitale loopbaancoach and completed an internship at Radboudumc focusing on sustainable employability research. Tom began a career in HR as an intern at Planon. Tom holds a Master's degree in Human Resource Studies and a pre-master in the same field from Tilburg University, as well as a degree in Human Resource Management from HAN University of Applied Sciences.
