Vianney Heeren

Director Structured Finance at Allego

Vianney Heeren has extensive experience in finance and management roles. Vianney is currently the Director of Structured Finance at Allego, where they are responsible for securing funding for the expansion of Allego's charging infrastructure network. Prior to this, Vianney worked at Stellantis as the Head of Banking Relations and the manager of Fiat Chrysler Finance Europe Netherlands Branch. In addition, they have held positions at Schiphol, where they served as the Director of Treasury and M&A and the Manager of Corporate Finance. Vianney also served as a Non-Executive Board Member at JFK International Air Terminal and Schiphol Airport Retail. Vianney began their career at PwC, where they worked as a Principal Manager, focusing on M&A advisory, valuations, and debt restructurings.

Vianney Heeren completed the MCT Advanced Diploma in Treasury, Risk and Corporate Finance at the Association of Corporate Treasurers in 2014-2015. Prior to that, they obtained a CFA from the CFA Institute between 2004 and 2006. Vianney also holds a MSc in Business Administration from Erasmus University Rotterdam, which they earned from 1999 to 2003. Vianney briefly studied Business Administration at the Norwegian School of Economics (NHH) in 2002. Vianney completed their VWO degree at Markland College from 1993 to 1998, and their earlier education took place at Kennedyschool from 1986 to 1992.
