Dima Gabriel is a technical writer with extensive experience in documentation and customer support. Currently employed at Allego since March 2022, Dima has previously worked at HP, where responsibilities included revamping the Site Flow platform knowledgebase and managing content across various platforms. Experience at Poloniex involved moderating a cryptocurrency chatroom and assisting users with onboarding and login issues.
