Charlotte Chase

Charlotte Chase, Ph.D. has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Charlotte is currently working as a Training Director at EOS Worldwide since September 2022. Prior to this, they worked as the Vice President Sales Marketing at Allegra Marketing, Print, and Mail, where they were responsible for strategic operations and co-owned the business since 2007. Charlotte also worked as an Instructional Systems Designer at GP Strategies Corporation from January 2021 to August 2022. Additionally, they have held positions as an Adjunct Faculty at University of Phoenix and Capella University, Director of Certification at the International Society for Performance Improvement, Program Director at Laureate Higher Education Group, and Dean at Northcentral University. Charlotte has actively participated in various professional organizations and presented at conferences. Charlotte also served as a Volunteer Coordinator at ISPI.

Charlotte Chase, Ph.D. obtained their Bachelor of Science degree in Human Resources from Oakland University in 1978. Prior to that, they earned an Associate of Science degree in Business Administration from Oakland Community College, where they attended from 1971 to 1976. In 1980, Charlotte completed their Master of Arts degree in Counseling from Oakland University. Finally, they pursued a Ph.D. in Instructional Technology from Wayne State University, which they completed in 2002. Additionally, Charlotte graduated from Clawson High School with a high school diploma, preparing their for college.
