Andrea Kellett

Andrea Kellett has been a dedicated member of the Allegro MicroSystems Human Resources team since December 1998, currently serving as a Senior Human Resources Associate. Responsibilities include performing strategic and administrative HR tasks, ranging from onboarding new hires and maintaining immigration and employee files to administering educational assistance programs and overseeing corporate compliance training. Prior roles include Human Resources Coordinator and Senior Material Handler, showcasing a breadth of experience in administrative functions and shipping logistics. Andrea Kellett is currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Human Resources at Southern New Hampshire University.
