Cheryl Fries

Cheryl Fries, CCP, currently serves as the Head of Total Rewards & HR Technology at Allegro MicroSystems since September 2025. Prior experience includes serving as Vice President of Global Total Rewards at Haemonetics, where leadership involved the design and implementation of global compensation and benefits programs. Cheryl held similar positions at Covetrus and Bruker, focusing on compensation, benefits, and HR technology strategies. With a strong background in HR systems, Cheryl played key roles at Nuance Communications and Genzyme, managing HR technology solutions and system implementations. Early career endeavors include positions at Fidelity Investments, where contributions included leading large-scale HR projects and improving service delivery. Cheryl holds a B.S. in Finance from Boston College and a Masters Certificate in Human Resources from Villanova University.
