Danny Fonovic

Danny Fonovic, CPA, currently serves as the Senior Director of Treasury & Corporate Development at Allegro MicroSystems since December 2020, having previously held the position of Director of Treasury. Prior experience includes roles as Director of Tax & Treasury at LeMaitre Vascular and Senior Tax Manager at Dell EMC. Earlier career highlights consist of serving as a Tax Manager at Alere, Inc. and CVS Caremark, as well as an Associate Tax Consultant at DuCharme, McMillen & Associates. Danny Fonovic holds a Master of Science in Taxation from Bentley University and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance & Information Systems from the University of Cincinnati.
