Izhar Sharon

Izhar Sharon is an experienced supply chain and logistics professional currently serving as the Senior Director of Procurement & Logistics at Allegro MicroSystems since March 2021. Prior to this role, Izhar held the position of Director of Purchasing & Logistics at NextPhase Medical Devices from May 2019 to February 2021 and served as Director of Global Supply Chain at Elbit Systems Ltd from January 2004 to April 2019, where additional roles included Director of Supply Chain Strategy & Business Improvement and Senior Manager of Logistics & Process Improvement. Earlier experience includes positions in the Government of Israel's Mission to the US, where Izhar was Associate Director of Shipping and Exports. Academic qualifications include an Executive Program in Supply Chain Strategy & Management certificate from MIT Sloan School of Management, a Program on Negotiation from Harvard Law School, an MBA in Operations Research from Baruch College, and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from Baruch College.
