Mandy Frank

Mandy Frank has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Mandy started their career at Health Advances as a Senior Analyst from June 1999 to August 2000. Mandy then joined Teradyne Connection Systems as an HR Generalist/HR Specialist in 2000, where they worked until 2005. After that, they moved on to Amphenol TCS, initially as a Human Resources Manager from December 2005 to May 2012. At Amphenol TCS, they transitioned into a role at Allegro MicroSystems, where they held positions such as Director of Human Resources from May 2012 to December 2013, Global Director of Compensation and Benefits from January 2014 to November 2020, and Senior Director of Global Compensation, Benefits & HCMS from November 2020.

Mandy Frank has a diverse education history. Mandy obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial and Systems Engineering from The Ohio State University, where they studied from 1992 to 1997. Prior to that, they attended the School of the Arts from 1986 to 1992, majoring in Musical Theatre. Later, in 1997-1998, they pursued a Master of Engineering Management degree from Dartmouth College, specializing in Engineering Management.
